This initiative focuses on mentorship, education funding, business startup support, skill acquisition, and resources for existing ventures. While our commitment to spiritual growth remains strong, we recognize the need to empower this generation to make a lasting impact in the marketplace.

EXISTING BUSINESS - This category is an initiative targeted at giving financial support to 4 (four) Fecaites/young FOSM who wish to upscale existing business.

NEW BUSINESS - This category is an initiative targeted at giving financial support to 4 (four) Fecaites/young FOSM who wish to start up new business or upscale existing business.

SKILL ACQUISITION - This category is an initiative targeted at giving financial support to 4 Fecaites/young FOSM who wish to learn new skill or already acquiring a skill.

EDUCATION - This category is an initiative targeted at giving financial support to 4 (four) Fecaites/Young FOSM who are doing exceptionally well in academics or further education and wish to get support for tuition fees.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME - This initiative is targeted at harnessing the strength, success and experience of FECA FOSM member who are visibly excelling in different field or volunteer to mentor at least 100 (one hundred) FECA student arm members.
